Yavapai County Clerk Office Locations

The Clerk of Superior Court has three locations. The Prescott Courthouse at 120 South Cortez, Room 207 is the main office. Call 928-777-7934. Camp Verde is at 2840 North Commonwealth Drive with phone 928-567-7741. The Justice Center sits at 1200 Prescott Lakes Parkway. Call 928-610-6510.

All three sites are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can file civil cases or access records at any location. Each courthouse serves different parts of Yavapai County.

Email record requests to YavapaiRecordsManagement@courts.az.gov. The Records Management office will reply with fees before you pay. Records from before 1992 should be requested through the Prescott Courthouse location in Yavapai County.

Justice Courts in Yavapai County

Five Justice Courts serve Yavapai County. Prescott Justice Court is the busiest. Verde Valley Justice Court covers Camp Verde and surrounding areas. Mayer, Bagdad-Yarnell, and Seligman Justice Courts serve rural parts of the county.

The Justice Courts website lists addresses and phone numbers for all five precincts. Each court handles civil cases up to ten thousand dollars, small claims, and eviction actions in its geographic area.

Yavapai County Court Record Fees

Copies cost fifty cents per page in Yavapai County. Certified copies add thirty five dollars plus the per page fee. Postage is eight dollars for mail orders.

Payment options include cash, check, money order, and online payment through the Yavapai payment portal. The portal charges a small convenience fee for credit card transactions in Yavapai County.

Free viewing is allowed at all courthouse locations. You pay only for copies you want to take with you or have mailed from Yavapai County courts.
